Casa Albalonga in Rome
The flat is located on the first floor of the building from the 1920th overlooking on inner courtyard. A maximum of 6 persons can be hosted. The flat is centrally heated and composed entrance, spacious living room (25 mq. ) with TV, air conditioning and two bed settees, one air conditioned double bedroom ( 19 mq. ), kitchen ( 16 mq.), and bathroom ( 4 mq. ). It sleeps up to 5.
There is a fully equipped kitchen: electric oven and double cooker, coffee maker, vacun cleaner, fridge and of course all kinds of crockery. Bathroom with shower and towel heater.
Via Albalonga is just off Piazza Re di Roma and Via appia Nuova. The flat is 5 minutes walking distance from S. Giovanni and 15-20 minutes from the Colosseum. The “A” line of the metro is 100 m away and only 3 stops to Rom’s central station: Termini.
Numerous buses connect with various parts of the city and 2 stops are situated right in front of the house. The flat is also near the Tuscolana train station, where a direct train goes to Fiumicino airport or, in the other direction, out into the countryside of Sabine hills ( Fara Sabina – Orte ).
Shops and facilities are within walking distance : supermarkets, bakeries, grocers, butchers, tobacconist, 24 – hours pharmacies, car parks, internet centers, and of course many restaurants, wine bars, piano bars, cinemas and theatres.
Via Appia is excellent for shopping with shops of all kindes for every budget.
